Dear Members of FC Chelsea Neukölln,

Today is a historic day. Many people said this project was impossible. Very negative people. Very boring people. Mostly bureaucrats. They believed they could stop one of the greatest construction projects in football history. They were wrong. Completely wrong.

Yes, they refused to let us build our beautiful Grand Ballroom underneath Trump Arena. They talked about engineering. Safety. Regulations. Forms. More forms. Frankly, I've never seen so many forms. Germany loves paperwork. They don't always love winning, but they certainly love paperwork.

So I made a decision. A very presidential decision. If they don't want us building underneath the stadium, we'll build next to it. And we'll build something even bigger. Even more beautiful. Even more luxurious. Quite honestly, I should probably send the bureaucrats a thank-you card. Without their incompetence, we would never have ended up with something this spectacular.


The new Grand Ballroom will become the social heart of European football. Weddings will take place there. Championship celebrations. Gala evenings. Maybe governments will want to meet there. I wouldn't be surprised. It's that impressive.

And because we suddenly have so much more space, I approved another tremendous addition: the Trump Arena Casino. A world-class casino. Beautiful. Elegant. Very successful. Monte Carlo will be nervous. Las Vegas will call us for advice. People will come from all over Europe. Some for football. Some for celebrations. Some for the casino. Most sensible people will simply stay for all three.

But that's still not enough. Around the entire complex we will build something Europe has never seen before: the largest amusement park in Europe. Not one of the largest. The largest. People said it couldn't be done. That's exactly why we're doing it. I like proving pessimists wrong.

There will be spectacular roller coasters. Wonderful restaurants. Italian food. American food. Tremendous food. The best steaks. The best pizza. If things don't work out for Massimo — and they won't — we'll even create jobs for him. He can cook. He can serve espresso. Maybe he can walk around the park taking selfies with tourists. Everybody deserves a second chance. I'm a very compassionate president.

There will be a magnificent Hall of Presidents, where visitors can learn about great leadership. There will be a Championship Plaza, because champions deserve beautiful places.

And then there will be the attraction everyone will be talking about: the legendary Massimo de Luca Haunted Ride.

People enter expecting leadership. Instead they disappear into mysterious tunnels, unexpected train stations, espresso bars and endless conspiracy theories. Sometimes the airplane disappears. Sometimes the train suddenly arrives. Sometimes nobody knows what's real anymore. Nobody understands the ending. Not even Massimo. Very scary. Very entertaining. Children will laugh. Adults will laugh even harder. Massimo probably won't.

That, my friends, is what real leadership looks like. When bureaucrats close one door, we don't complain. We build an entire entertainment district next to it. Bigger. Better. More successful than anybody thought possible.

This is how great clubs think. This is how champions build. And this is why FC Chelsea Neukölln has the brightest future in football.
